(1) Water Purification System

The production of chemical industry requires water quality strictly, product quality will be affected by water quality which has not reached at the requirement of prodction preocess or unstable quality water.

Treatment process (standard)

pretreatment (sand filtration + activated carbon absorption) or UF → two-stage RO

Treatment process (high quality)

pretreatment (sand filtration + activated carbon absorption) or UF → two-stage RO → EDI

System effluent quality to meet water quality standards  of chemical pure water to meet customer needs.

Application: fine chemicals, coal chemical, chlor-alkali chemical, daily chemical and petrochemical, etc.

(2) Concentrate Reuse

Purification system emits large amounts of UF/RO concentrate,   emit large amounts of UF / RO concentrate. In order to improve the system recovery, the concentrated water is recycled.

Treatment process: UF→primary RO

System effluent quality in line with pure water system requirements.

Application: fine chemicals, coal chemical, chlor-alkali chemical, daily chemical and petrochemical, etc.
